Your ERP records payments. Who manages your commitments?
Between the budget approved in committee and the first accounting entry, there is a zone where no tool provides governance, traceability, or alerts. CAPEXIA fills this gap — structurally, not with yet another dashboard.
Your ERP records payments. Who manages your commitments?
It's not a tool problem. It's a governance gap. And it costs your organization in unanticipated overruns, poorly informed arbitrations, and impossible-to-close audits.
CAPEXIA structures the complete investment decision cycle.
Not another dashboard. An enforced process, from the first request to the firm commitment — with full traceability and automatic consolidation.
Your ERP records the entry on the day of payment. CAPEXIA captures the commitment on the day the decision is made — when budget control is still possible.
What CAPEXIA does — and nothing else can.
Single repository for CAPEX requests
Every investment request, regardless of its origin — production site, IT, commercial BU — converges into a centralized repository. Each request is qualified, categorized and linked to a budget axis from creation. No more 'I didn't know this project existed'.
Comparable and complete business cases
A configurable business case template imposes the same analysis grid on all entities: IRR, NPV, payback, financing plan, risks, rejected alternatives. The investment committee no longer arbitrates on heterogeneous formats — it compares projects on the same criteria.
Enforceable validation workflow
The validation circuit is configured according to your financial delegation thresholds. Each approval is named, timestamped, documented. Each refusal is justified. In case of audit, you produce in one click the complete history of each investment decision.
Real-time commitment tracking
Commitment is captured at validation — before any disbursement. You permanently visualize the delta between allocated budget, committed amount and disbursed amount, by project, by entity, by strategic axis.
Not an ERP. Not BI. Not project management. CAPEX Governance.
Confusion with other tools is the first barrier to adoption. Here's why CAPEXIA is comparable to nothing you already have.
Between the CAPEX budget approved by the board and the first capitalized asset in the ERP, months pass — sometimes an entire year. This is the period CAPEXIA structures. This is the blind spot CAPEXIA illuminates. Not one more tool. The missing brick in your finance IS.
Designed for those who bear the responsibility for invested capital.
CFO / Head of Finance
You know your approved CAPEX budget. But how much is already committed? How much remains arbitrable? CAPEXIA gives you the answer in real time — without waiting for the monthly close and without manual rework. Prepare each Executive Committee with a reliable, auditable, and strategically readable investment portfolio.
COMMITMENT · AUDIT · STRATEGIC ARBITRATIONGroup Management Controller
Today you spend 2 to 3 days per month consolidating heterogeneous Excel files, chasing subsidiaries and reconciling figures that don't add up. CAPEXIA automates this consolidation. You move from data production to analysis — and detecting anomalies before they become overruns.
CONSOLIDATION · REPORTING · CONTROLCIO / Head of IT
CAPEXIA integrates cleanly with your existing ecosystem via REST API and native ERP connectors. No big bang, no IS overhaul. Enterprise security is native — SSO, RBAC, full audit logs. Your involvement is limited to go-live: CAPEXIA is operational within weeks.
ERP INTEGRATION · SECURITY · DEPLOYMENTCEO / General Manager
Your investments commit the company for 5 to 10 years. They deserve a decision-making process commensurate with this challenge. CAPEXIA gives you the portfolio visibility missing from your strategic arbitrations today: which projects are in progress, which are blocked, which are drifting — before they announce it themselves.
STRATEGY · PORTFOLIO · ARBITRATIONWhat finance teams measure after 90 days.
From the first idea to the firm budget commitment.
CAPEXIA enforces a process. It's not a tool you configure freely — it's a governance framework you adapt to your organization, then apply without exception.
Guided investment request entry
The project owner fills out a structured form: nature of investment (renewal, capacity, compliance, strategic), entity concerned, budget direction, estimated amount, target commissioning date. No request can enter the circuit without being qualified. Ambiguity is structurally eliminated.
Business case on an imposed template
The business case template configures mandatory fields based on investment type and threshold. Above 500 K€: IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis, financing plan. Below: simplified payback and qualitative justification. The management controller receives an alert and can request additions directly in the platform.
Validation circuit based on your financial delegations
The workflow is configured once, in line with your delegation matrix. A 50 K€ investment goes through the site director and local controller. A 2 M€ investment goes up to the Executive Committee. Each step is named, each refusal is justified and archived.
Commitment recording at the moment of decision
As soon as final validation is obtained, CAPEXIA records the commitment. The authorized amount is deducted from available budget in real time. The commitment date, final approver, precise amount and implementation conditions are archived. This is when — not at disbursement — budget governance is exercised.
Portfolio dashboard for Executive Committee arbitrations
The group CAPEX portfolio is available in real time: allocated budget by axis, committed amount, arbitrable balance, projects pending validation, projects at risk of overrun. Exports are formatted for board presentations. The monthly CAPEX report that took 3 days is produced in 20 minutes.
CAPEXIA connects to your IS without disrupting it.
Deployment does not require an IS project. CAPEXIA integrates read/write with your ERP to synchronize budgets, allocations and commitments — without duplicate entry, without disrupting accounting flows.
Integration Principle : CAPEXIA sends validated commitments to the ERP as purchase orders or budget reservations — depending on your configuration. The ERP remains the accounting reference system. CAPEXIA remains the decision governance reference system.
Your investments deserve better than a shared Excel file.
In 45 minutes, we show you how CAPEXIA integrates with your organization, your ERP and your existing validation processes — and what your finance team can stop doing manually from the first month.
